Speech-Language Pathologist – San Pablo, CA | Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans
• Deliver speech, language, and swallowing therapy services
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with other rehab and healthcare professionals to ensure patient progress

Requirements

• Active California SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills
