The JOB:
As the Assistant Manager for Salt & Ivy, you’ll be at the heart of this one-of-a-kind dining destination. You’ll oversee the daily operations of Salt & Ivy, ensuring service excellence while creating unforgettable guest experiences. With your welcoming energy and leadership, you’ll inspire your team to deliver those WOW moments that keep guests coming back. Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
Supervise floor service in the dining room during hours of operation.
Perform employee evaluations and manage issues related to attendance records.
Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues.
Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs of the guests or employees.
Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations.
Must be 21 years old or older.
Must have a High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
2+ years of prior relevant experience.
