Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, and estate and trust.
- Provide clients with tax planning and financial consulting services.
- Conduct in-depth tax research on complex issues.
- Supervise and mentor junior and senior staff members.
- Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with firm partners on business and tax planning strategies.
- Manage a client portfolio, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree in Taxation preferred)
- Experience in a managerial role
- 8-10 years experience in public accounting
- CPA license preferred
- Experience with individual, corporate, partnership, and estate/trust tax returns
