Executive Coordinator Overview
For more than two decades, our company has led breakthroughs in rare genetic diseases. We now aim to expand our impact to larger genetic disorders and subsets of common conditions.
Reporting LineReporting directly to the SVP, Global Head of Pricing, Access, Value, and Evidence, the Executive Coordinator will provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the SVP and leadership team.
Responsibilities- High‑volume calendar management for the SVP and the PAVE leadership team.
- Determine meeting priority and reschedule conflicts as necessary.
- Schedule virtual, in‑person, and hybrid meetings across functions and time zones, confirming attendance.
- Coordinate catering for on‑site critical meetings when approved.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Executive Coordinator, the Chief Commercial Officer, and other Admin Assistants.
- Plan complex domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries).
- Prepare expense reports and ensure alignment with policies.
- Resolve IT issues, order equipment, and maintain distribution lists.
- Plan and organize team‑building activities for the GCO leadership and broader team.
- Compile and edit various materials on request.
- Support onboarding of new hires (announcements, IT setup, introductory meetings).
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative requests from senior staff.
- Commitment to excellence and strong business sense.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner, self‑starter, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail, responsiveness to deadlines, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Discretion with sensitive/confidential information.
- High level of professionalism and influencing skills.
- Can‑do attitude; flexible and adaptable.
- Team‑player who builds effective relationships across the organization.
- 5–10 years of executive‑level support experience, including support for global teams.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience coordinating complex travel and knowledge of Concur Expense management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
