Automotive Reconditioning; Recon Technician

• Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on used vehicles prior to resale.
• Diagnose and address mechanical and cosmetic issues efficiently.
• Conduct oil changes, brake jobs, tire replacements, and other routine services.
• Ensure all reconditioning work meets dealership quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with the service and sales departments to prioritize vehicle readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Other duties given by supervisor, as needed

• Minimum 1–2 years of automotive technician or reconditioning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• A positive and friendly attitude
• Great communication skills

The Reconditioning Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $25.00 and $35.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

• Hourly and Flat Rate compensation based on experience and certifications.
