Reports To:

Program Coordinator The EXL TK/K Instructor provides engaging, expanded learning experiences for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students in BACR after-school and enrichment programs. The instructor creates a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports social-emotional growth, early learning, independence, and a love of learning. Through play-based and hands-on learning experiences, the instructor builds positive relationships with students, families, and school staff while supporting the unique developmental needs of children ages 4–5.BENEFITS Pay

rate: $24-$26 per hour Typical schedule of 20-25 hours per week, M-FUp to 15 paid holidays annually.
