• Layout and mount hardware on multiple roof types
• Secure and wire solar modules with appropriate mounting hardware
• Wire main service panels to comply with NEC and complete solar interconnections
• Document progress and completion of solar projects
• Install and troubleshoot photovoltaic system monitoring
• Other duties as needed

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable and regular attendance required
• Exceptional verbal, and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
• Integrity, honesty, and ability to speak with customers
• Valid CA Driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
• Working knowledge of electrical codes and the correct way implement it as required by A.H.J.'s

• 2+ Years general construction experience (required)
• 2+ Years solar construction experience (preferred)

• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hour a week that consists mostly of outdoor work
• Confidently climb up to 40’ ladders
• Lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
• Bend conduit, form pvc pipe and install rigid
• Navigate roofs up to 12:12 pitch
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Must be able to work in various conditions such as standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting, often for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in harsh environments, such as extreme hot and cold, crawl spaces, roofs, extreme heights, etc.
