Marin Post Acute, a skilled nursing and post-acute care center in San Rafael, CA, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation and therapy team
. We provide exceptional rehab services, occupational therapy, and long-term care in a supportive environment where therapists and staff are valued.

• Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, rehab programs, and restorative care
• Encourage residents to maximize independence and quality of life
• Document treatment progress and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including PTs, OTs, SLPs, nurses, and social services

• Current California COTA license
• Experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, rehab, or long-term care setting preferred (new grads welcome!)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Compassion, motivation, and dedication to patient-centered care
