Marin Post Acute, a skilled nursing and post-acute care center in San Rafael, CA, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation and therapy team
. We provide exceptional rehab services, occupational therapy, and long-term care in a supportive environment where therapists and staff are valued.

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including PTs, OTs, SLPs, nurses, and social services
- Current California COTA license
- Experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, rehab, or long-term care setting preferred (new grads welcome!)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Compassion, motivation, and dedication to patient-centered care
