About the team:
At Sage we understand that each client has a different story, and our mission is to create an experience that allows that story to unfold. We believe that each individual carries their own set of beliefs, traditions, and rituals that need to be nurtured. Our personal care attendants receive extensive training focused on quality of care and quality of life.

They understand that a client’s day is only successful when psychosocial needs are met.

• Provide personal care assistance and companionship to your assigned client.
• Promote your
  
  BK client’s quality of life through meaningful activity and/or conversation.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal prep; transportation when appropriate.
• Follow care plans/instructions; communicate all changes and concerns with the Sage Home Care Manager.
• Complete an electronic daily shift report.
• Comply with Sage Eldercare’s policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.

• Have at least one year of experience working with a home‑care agency.
