Location: San Rafael, CA
Pay: $75,000-$100,000/year DOE
Schedule: Full-Time

Marin Post Acute is seeking a dependable, compassionate Social Services Director to join our leadership team. If you're dedicated to serving the elderly and supporting their emotional and social well-being, we want to meet you.

• Lead and manage the Social Services department, ensuring residents receive emotional support and discharge planning services
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Build strong community partnerships and advocate for residents' rights
• Promote a resident-centered environment through empathy, communication, and problem-solving

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Dependable, caring, and committed to serving the elderly
• Prior experience in healthcare or skilled nursing social services (preferred)
• Degree in Social Work or related field (required)

• Competitive pay: $75k-$100k DOE
