Your Role:
Lead, Modernize, and Secure

Driving reliability, innovation, and excellence in every system and solution.

• Infrastructure Leadership - Oversee daily operations of Azure, VMware, and Windows infrastructure to ensure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• System Modernization - Lead the transformation of legacy systems to modern, cloud-based solutions that support evolving business needs and long-term growth.
• Cybersecurity Compliance - Maintain adherence to ISO 27001 and CMMC frameworks, ensuring all systems meet security and regulatory standards.
• Disaster Recovery & Continuity - Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience.
• Collaboration & Integration - Partner with architecture, Dev Ops, and application development teams to support seamless infrastructure readiness and integration.
• Automation & Optimization - Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across platforms to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Vendor & Resource Management - Manage vendor partnerships, licensing, and service-level agreements while leading a high-performing technical team focused on innovation and accountability.
• Monitoring & Reporting - Track infrastructure health, usage, and compliance metrics; prepare executive reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Leadership & Mentorship - Inspire, guide, and develop technical professionals through coaching, collaboration, and performance management.

A blend of technical mastery, strategic vision, and people leadership.

• Education - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certifications - TWIC, valid passport, and driver s license required. Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience -
  • 8+ years in IT infrastructure operations, with 5+ years managing Azure cloud services (compute, storage, networking, identity).
  • Strong background in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
  • 3+ years managing VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
  • Proven experience implementing ISO 27001 and CMMC cybersecurity compliance.
  • Demonstrated success leading technical teams and managing vendors, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or maritime industries preferred.
• Skills & Knowledge -
  • Deep expertise in Azure PaaS and IaaS infrastructure management.
  • Advanced understanding of hybrid cloud architecture and modernization strategies.
  • Skilled in developing and executing disaster recovery and continuity plans.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management and tools like Atlassian Jira.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
