This is a Contract role
Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Service Now Technical Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, supporting strategic platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Service Now and demonstrate strong business analysis capabilities, including the ability to engage with cross-functional teams, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into Service Now workflows, configurations, and enhancements.
- Support the design and implementation of Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, and business service requests.
- Create and maintain documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of Service Now solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Service Now-related issues.
- Work closely with the Service Now platform team and other IT teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Proven experience as a Service Now Technical Analyst or Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, modules, and capabilities.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Service Now certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM).
- Experience in enterprise environments or strategic platform initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
