who can seamlessly handle both litigation and transactional matters related to property and real estate law.

• Represent landlords in eviction and landlord-tenant litigation, including unlawful detainer cases
• Provide legal counsel on lease agreements, business formations, and other transactional matters
• Work with state and federal landlord-tenant and foreclosure statutes
• Maintain direct client contact and manage your own caseload
• Optional:
  Handle lender defense or real estate litigation as part of your docket

• 2+ years experience in landlord-tenant and eviction law
• Familiarity with transactional work (leases, contracts, entity formation)
• Comfortable with litigation from intake through trial
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

• Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000
• Bonus Structure:
