Bio Marin's Technical Operations group is responsible for creating our drugs for use in clinical trials and for scaling production of those drugs for the commercial market. These engineers, technicians, scientists and support staff build and maintain Bio Marin's cutting‑edge manufacturing processes and sites, provide quality assurance and quality control to ensure we meet regulatory standards, and procure the needed goods and services to support manufacturing and coordinating the worldwide movement of our drugs to patients.

The Senior Manager, Global E2E Product Supply Planning & RCCP serves primarily as the End-to-End Product Supply Leader for assigned highly complex products and portfolio segments. Approximately 70% of the role is dedicated to developing, governing, and executing integrated product supply strategies and plans across Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Goods. The role orchestrates internal manufacturing sites, CMOs/CDMOs, distribution partners, regions, and markets to protect patient supply and balance service, inventory, cost, capacity, and risk outcomes.

Approximately 30% of the role is dedicated to developing, implementing, governing, training, and continuously improving Rough‑Cut Capacity Planning within the 0‑36 month Integrated Business Planning horizon. The role partners closely with Network Capacity Planning to translate product‑level requirements into decision‑ready capacity insights. Network Capacity Planning retains ownership of network capacity plans and longer‑range capacity strategy.
