• Work in multiple store areas, including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Departments.
• Stock shelves, fill frozen food bins, and maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Receive product deliveries, ensure delivery accuracy, and move product to the sales floor using various equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure the freshest product is available for customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Using a knife (other than safety cutters)
• Using a ladder
• Operating garbage or cardboard compactor
• Operating any motor- or electronically powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks)
• Working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods of time

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Show a mutual respect for others and maintain a high-level code of ethics within Sprouts' culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment.
• Be able to perform repetitive activities, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Must be able to vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. from 5” to 34” and up to 5 feet for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights & Measures regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

$17.55 - $21.88 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
