CompensationPay: $42,000 – $123,000 per year (depending on experience and full/part-time status)

We are looking for Certified Personal Trainers who are outgoing, entrepreneurially‑minded, and passionate about physical activity, balanced nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
General Responsibilities- Member Service
- Exercise Floor Management
- Fitness Service
- Personal Accountability
- Client Interaction
- Maintain personal training client relationships
- Instruct clients in physical exercise while maintaining a safe physical environment at all times
- Create written progressive and scalable exercise programs for clientele
- Facilitate the personal training sales process
- Professionally represent FITNESS SF at all times
- Current NCCA‑accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, etc.) – required
- CPR/AED certification – required
- 1+ years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred but not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Honesty and personal integrity
- Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
- Excellent time management, organizational and follow‑up skills
- Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
Physical Requirements
- Daily standing, walking, sitting, bending, squatting, reaching, telephone calling, lifting and racking weights of at least 45 lbs; demonstrating exercises and spotting clients for safety.
