Logistics Warehouse Coordinator

College Level or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics or business administration. Minimum 5 years of related experience. Knows basic MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint. Great focus in accuracy, completeness, and customer service. Analytical, independent, flexible, deadline oriented, ability to multi-task. Can adapt quickly to new situations, enjoy working in a team and customer oriented.

Travel within Philippines is required.

• Supports the Logistics Supervisor in day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensures timely receiving of delivered goods / commodities.
• Ensures compliance to warehouse protocols / GWP / GMP at all times.
• Ensures to maintain inventory accuracy of all materials in the warehouse by following inventory management and control processes and activities.
• Assists the Logistics Supervisor in inspecting warehouse tools, machinery, and forklifts to ensure safe operation.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
