BEST, our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their Group Leader, you’ll lead them through fun learning activities, with plenty of support and training.

Location:

San Ramon Elementary Schools.

Schedule:

Must be available Monday – Friday (3 different start times available) – No weekends!

• $22+/hour (pay is based on education and experience)
• Part-time benefits including health available
• Employee referral program – up to $150 for every successful new hire you refer

• Must have 15 semester units or equivalent quarter units from an accredited college or university.
• At least four years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center
• 12 units of courses that cover child growth and development, human growth and development, child, family, and community, or program/curriculum
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations

• Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children’s sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students’ interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
