Youth Pastor

The Youth Pastor will serve as an articulate and passionate advocate for the church's vision, rooted in God's glory. This individual will provide primary leadership, teaching, and visionary direction for the spiritual growth and well‑being of the Youth ministry. Responsibilities include discipleship, preaching, and equipping the youth for service. The Youth Pastor will also collaborate closely with other ministries to foster the health and growth of the entire church community.

• Spiritual Leadership & Teaching:
  • Deliver engaging messages/teachings for the Youth Group.
  • Actively participate in Sunday fellowship activities.
• Team Development & Support:
  • Provide spiritual encouragement and support to leaders, teachers, and volunteers.
  • Foster a Christ‑centered community within the ministries.
  • Select and implement curricula for teachers/leaders’ training.
• Strategic Planning & Program Development:
  • Develop long‑term goals and objectives to build robust youth programs.
  • Select and implement relevant curricula for Youth Group Bible studies.
  • Plan and lead programs that promote spiritual growth and impact the Kingdom of God, including retreats, revivals, local outreach, and mission trips.
• Collaboration & Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with the EM and Children's Ministry (approximately 30 children) through collaborative efforts.
  • Faithfully serve alongside the EM and Youth leadership teams, deacons, and elders of the church, and be accountable to the Senior Pastor.
• Pastoral Care & Flexibility:
  • Perform pastoral duties as needed, including visitation and counseling.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the church.
