Ready to shape the future of resilient communities? Verdantas is seeking a Site Inspector to join our Stormwater Team in San Ramon, CA. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring compliance and efficiency within our stormwater program. This position blends hands‑on inspection work with organizational responsibilities, supporting field activities and maintaining accurate records to help protect our communities and waterways.

What You’ll Do- Provide administrative support for stormwater program activities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records related to stormwater compliance
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating stormwater inspections
- Support inspection teams by preparing documentation and tracking follow‑up actions
- Ensure timely and organized reporting to meet regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data entry and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams
- Familiarity with stormwater regulations or environmental compliance (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in environmental science or related field is a plus
$20/hour
