We are looking for you! If you are persistent, focused, and detail oriented, this job is for you. The subdivision of land is a technical process that requires specific precision and accuracy. You will work with the engineering team, field survey team and office survey team to prepare and oversee the preparation of land title surveys, legal descriptions and maps that will become the boundary of future subdivided land.
Responsibilities- Boundary surveys
- ALTA surveys
- Control surveys
- Topographic surveys
- Plat maps and legal descriptions
- Recorded maps and exhibits
- As an entry‑level surveyor, you will be assigned to a seasoned team that will be responsible for training and nurturing your skills while giving you meaningful and relevant assignments and ample support.
- As an experienced office surveyor, you will manage a team and be responsible for training and nurturing your staff’s skills while overseeing assignments and deadlines.
