Our financial services client, located in the San Francisco East Bay Area is seeking a detail oriented and process oriented financial professional to join their team as a CTR Analyst.

6 month contract
This person can come from a financial services, bank teller, loan processor or insurance agent background.
Ideal person would possess a financial background and be able to follow rules, regulations and understand audits.
This CTR Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and revising various CTR reports to meet eFiling deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Utilizing appropriate systems:
Reviews, creates, and deletes, and edits various currency transactions - Documents changes on the appropriate system's reports
- Validates and documents errors and warnings
- Confirms validation and that currency transaction reporting are in compliance and included in transmissions and not late due to prior cut-off dates
- Aides in monitoring completed CTR reports before cut-off
- Contacts branches by e-mail to obtain or notify of missing or incorrect information and ensures that all business partners are aware for acknowledgement on the Branch Self-Assessment Quarterly review
- Recognizes and escalates suspicious activity by filing appropriate forms/notifications for further review
- Accurately tracks daily production numbers for department analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years banking operations experience
- Strong knowledge of banking products, credit products and services
- Strong knowledge at building relationships, collaboration and team work
