Opportunity for a Mandarin‑speaking finance professional to join a global Top 5 solar panel manufacturing company as a Senior Finance Business Partner (FP&A）

Location: The company has offices in San Ramon, CA and Dallas, TX. The role can be based in either San Ramon or Dallas.

• Based on the annual operating plan framework, organise and lead the budgeting process for the assigned business areas, determine trends in sales pricing and costs, and prepare the final annual budget.
• Analyse budget execution across different business cycles, organise rolling forecasts with business teams, prepare analytical reports, and identify potential operational and financial risk areas.
• Responsible for financial review of sales contracts and delivery approvals for the supported business, providing review opinions and ensuring effective risk control.
• Oversee accounts receivable management, inventory management, reconciliation processes, and inventory counts for the supported business.
• Provide integrated financial and commercial solutions based on business needs, and drive resolution of operational and commercial issues.
• Responsible for order cost calculation and pricing management.
• Identify financial and operational risks within the supported business, provide recommendations for identified risks, and organise improvement actions.

• Strong experience in a Finance Business Partner (FP&A) role; experience in large‑scale manufacturing industries is required.
• ACCA or US CPA qualification is preferred.
• Strong logical thinking skills, excellent organisational and coordination abilities, strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages.
