We are looking to grow our team with Waxologists who have the ability to make people feel comfortable, important and welcome;
people who light up a room and show grace under pressure. Radiant Waxing is interviewing estheticians and cosmetologists (licensed, awaiting license or still in school) to join the team as a wax specialist.
- Competitive Pay—Full time wax specialists make on average $17-$45 hourly—Hourly & Tips, Bonus & Incentives.
- Paid 3 Weeks Training Program, comprehensive training in the specially designed Radiant Waxing speed-waxing technique and hands‑on business skills.

- Must be in the process of obtaining an esthetician or cosmetology license OR have a current license for esthetics / cosmetology.
- Current student studying to work in the salon and spa industry looking to achieve an esthetics or cosmetology certificate / degree.
- An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome.
- Perform all Radiant Waxing services for all guests (optional Manzilian Certification).
- Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff.
- Maintain a professional appearance during working hours.
- Enjoy a fast‑paced environment and fixed schedule.
- Grow guest base with self‑marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives.
