Identity Security Solutions Engineer (U.S. Remote)

We’re looking for a driven, customer-facing Solutions Engineer who lives and breathes SailPoint, knows the world of PAM, and loves solving real customer problems.

• Discover and align customer requirements with Redblock’s automation platform
• Design and demo solutions using SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Cyber Ark, Delinea, and more
• Build and configure connectors to integrate complex identity ecosystems
• Implement governance policies, certifications, RBAC, and SoD controls
• Collaborate with Product and Account teams to onboard applications and shape future product features

• Be part of the team building the world’s first Agentic AI platform for Identity Automation.
• Work with top enterprise security leaders and shape automation strategies across SailPoint, Cyber Ark, and beyond.
• Collaborate with a highly technical and mission-driven team at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation.
