Desktop Support
Location:
San Ramon, CA
Duration: 1 to 2 years
- Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft OS problem tickets.
- Configure and install common applications.
- Install/remove desktop PCs and monitors.
- Remote takeover skills are a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel to various local sites, if needed.
