Title: Lead WMS Functional Quality Engineer

Location: San Ramon, CA (4 days/week)

• 15+ years of total IT experience, with expertise in technical configuration of WMS products, solution integration, quality assurance, system testing, PLSQL, SQL Server, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Retail/Ecommerce ERP systems such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Fluent, etc.
• 10+ years of experience in progressive web and mobile app technologies within the Retail Ecommerce domain.
• Comfortable and experienced in Agile SCRUM and test‑driven environments.
• Ensure the WMS is correctly set up, tested, and commissioned within warehouse operations.
• Work experience in Retail domain with Ecommerce platforms, OMS, WMS, supply chain, and inventory systems.
• Familiarity with modern web standards and technologies.
• Coordinate changes and reconfiguration of the WMS to prevent disruption of day‑to‑day business operations during transition.
• Gather and understand process requirements for effective management via the WMS.
• Conduct system testing before any process change goes live.
• Ensure all required test cases are executed, documented, and implemented in a controlled manner.
• Draft user acceptance testing (UAT) cases and prepare the system for UAT.
• Conduct UAT as required.
