Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team supporting PG&E. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, with a solid understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices. While not required, experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (Power Landing) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for existing BI solutions.
  • (Optional) Assist with Power Apps and Power Automate workflows if applicable.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 6-8 years of professional experience in BI development, with a focus on Power BI.
  • Technical

    Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
  • Preferred

    Skills:

  • Exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of Azure services related to data and analytics.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
