We are seeking a Program Manager to provide program‑level coordination and delivery management across multiple technology initiatives. This role will be central to driving alignment across vertical teams, ensuring consistent use of project management practices, and advancing objectives through Jira. The Tech PM will work closely with technology leadership, the Architecture Committee, and cross‑functional business partners to establish clear objectives, tie work to epics, and report progress at both the project and program levels.

• Own Jira governance across technology projects: define objectives, link work to epics and stories, and ensure consistent usage across teams.
• Write and manage user stories, ensuring objectives are clearly connected to deliverables and accountability is maintained.
• Coordinate program‑level initiatives spanning multiple technology verticals, while also actively managing day‑to‑day project tasks.
• Partner with the Tech Management Committee to provide guidance and alignment for project managers across teams.
• Collaborate with the Architecture Committee to ensure projects meet enterprise standards and align with broader business outcomes.
• Facilitate consistent reporting and communication across teams, providing transparency and updates to leadership on progress, risks, and resource needs.
• Drive adoption of consistent Agile processes, tools, and frameworks across diverse technology and business teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in technology environments.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects in complex organizations.
• Strong expertise with Jira, including administration, reporting, and linking work to epics/stories.
• Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and ability to apply frameworks practically across teams.
• Comfortable managing day‑to‑day project delivery while supporting program‑level coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Experience working with Architecture and/or Technology Management Committees.
• Track record of bringing consistency and structure to distributed PM teams.
• Financial services or enterprise technology experience is a plus.
