Job description:
Responsibilities- Hands-on experience in designing, building, and delivering tailored solutions for the business using Sales and Service Cloud and other connected technologies.
- Analyse customer requirements to determine an appropriate solution design considering capabilities, limitations, and design trade-offs.
- Certified Salesforce Sales Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant plus.
- Understanding and implementation experience in CPQ is a plus.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
- Minimum of overall 10+ years IT experience & 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing CRM Solutions
