Project Manager II – Construction Management at ENTRUST Solutions Group.

We’re seeking Project Managers to strategically manage the project portfolio by optimizing project schedules, controlling scope of work, managing project budgets, and partnering with key stakeholders to ensure all timelines and deliverables are being met.

• Provide project leadership and expertise to the portfolio, drive contractor stakeholders, and partner with government agencies and community parties on project matters. Acting as the liaison between government and regulatory agencies and community groups as required.
• Develop, define, and control project scope; create and maintain project schedules; gather work plans including cost, resource, contingency, and communication plans; and adjust scope and schedule as appropriate to accommodate change.
• Identify project performance issues, analyze, and address them in a timely manner.
• Implement post‑cost management measures to accurately track and monitor project financials so projects remain financially healthy.
• Travel to project sites and meetings throughout the project territory.

• 3–7 years of experience in Project Management.
• Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• General project management experience, including managing cost, budget, schedule, and coordinating site walks as necessary.

• Underground Construction background, preferably in Utilities – Gas or Electric.
• Experience with SAP, Primavera Unifier, Project Wise, Tableau, and Power
  
  BI.
• PMP Certification – Desired.

• This position pays between $110,000 and $120,000 annually and is an exempt position.

• Full‑time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
