Client Executive (New Business Development)
Base pay range: $60,000 – $100,000 per year
Location: San Ramon, CA
Are you a "hunter" who enjoys the pursuit of new business? Join Kforce’s San Ramon sales team to build and manage your book of business, control the full sales cycle, and drive growth for a leading staffing and solutions firm in technology, finance & accounting.
Responsibilities- Source prospective clients through internet research, social media, sales leads, and networking.
- Deliver creative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions solving clients’ business needs.
- Develop and foster genuine in‑person relationships, becoming the go‑to industry expert for clients.
- Conduct in‑person client visits, gaining awareness of customer vision, strategy, goals, and needs, and deliver consultative presentations to key stakeholders.
- Participate in in‑person customer and networking events, business meetups, and social events.
- Develop and nurture a network, track and communicate market trends, and devise effective strategies.
- Create and lead execution of sales for both existing customers and new business.
- Partner with organizations to understand their industry’s distinct needs.
- Oversee the identification, qualification, and matching of solutions to meet client needs.
- Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.
- Experience with client‑facing and in‑person sales.
- Enjoys attending networking events, driving client interaction, and getting out in front of customers.
