Customer Experience Engineer

• Act as a technical partner to customers
  , helping translate business needs into backend and automation solutions
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code in GoLang and Python
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product managers, tech leads, and support engineers to deliver robust features
• Debug and resolve software defects across development and production environments
• Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Work with VMware technologies including NSX
  , vSphere
  , Distributed Firewall
  , and vCenter
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes
  , Enterprise Networking
  , and Linux‑based environments
• Explore and implement AI tools and frameworks to support use cases that will help with improving productivity and resolution times for complex technical issues
• Participate in code reviews
  , mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering best practices guides
• Document system architecture, APIs, and operational procedures

• Proficiency in Go Lang and Python programming
• Experience building automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools:

  , Ansible Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL) and ORM frameworks
• Proficiency with front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Hands‑on experience with VMware technologies
  : NSX, vSphere, Distributed Firewall
• Exposure to Kubernetes
  , Enterprise Networking
  , and Linux‑based environments
• Experience in enterprise‑scale environments or distributed systems
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of related work experience

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs)
• Experience implementing AI‑driven automation or predictive analytics in enterprise environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Experience working in customer‑facing roles or consulting engagements

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $192,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
