This is the role that sits closest to the customer. You run the Diagnostic, scope the build, ship the first agent inside their cloud, and then keep it running. You are equal parts engineer and operator, and you are the person the client trusts to tell them the truth about what is worth building.## What you'll do
* Lead the 5-day Diagnostic: sit with the client, map their data and stack, and size the workflow worth automating first.
* Build and deploy the first agent inside the client’s own cloud, wired to their real systems.
* Operate it once it is live: monitor every run, tune it, handle on-call, and report outcomes monthly.
* Be the technical face of Segment
360 to the client’s team, including their security reviewers.## What we're looking for
* A builder who is comfortable in front of customers and can translate a messy problem into a shipped system.
* Full-stack range: you can wire up integrations, deploy to a cloud you were handed, and debug in production.
* Ownership and calm under pressure. When it breaks at 2pm on a Friday, you are the one who responds.
* Plain, direct communication with non-technical stakeholders.## Bonus points
* Consulting, solutions-engineering, or forward-deployed experience.
* Practice-management, EHR, telephony, or warehouse integrations.
