Insight Global is seeking a Power & Performance Systems Engineer for a 12-month contract in San Ramon, CA, starting ASAP. You will profile and optimize firmware to reduce memory footprint, latency, and power consumption, and document system architecture, APIs, and test plans.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in embedded software, experience with C/C++, Zephyr RTOS (preferred), MCU interfacing, and Git/CI/CD tooling. Nice-to-haves include BLE, Wi‑Fi, Thread or Zigbee.
