We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Developer to support an enterprise application modernization initiative. The consultant will lead hands-on development efforts to migrate legacy Win Forms applications to modern React-based applications and microservices.

This role requires strong front-end development skills, backend database experience, and the ability to contribute to technical architecture and solution design. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can guide development decisions and help establish reusable components and development standards without direct people-management responsibilities.

• Lead hands-on development and modernization of legacy Win Forms applications using React and microservices.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade web applications.
• Contribute to application architecture, technical design and solution planning.
• Develop and support backend integrations and data access using SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Build and maintain reusable components to support consistency and efficiency across applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to define technical approaches and deliver migration objectives.
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting and post-implementation maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and establish development best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing applications using React and modern front-end technologies.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and related front-end development technologies.
• Experience with SQL Server and Snowflake databases.
• Demonstrated experience with application architecture, technical design and solution development.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications and transitioning to modern web-based architectures.
• Understanding of microservices and enterprise application integration.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor and technical lead without direct people-management responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
