We’re looking for an experienced, trusted, and detail-driven Accountant to join our team at the Leadership Campus, where you’ll be a key player in ensuring the integrity of our financial data and supporting smart, strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Own critical accounting functions like journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting & more
• Drive compliance with tax filings, internal controls, and audit preparation
• Collaborate with teams across Webco to support capital planning, process improvement, and system enhancements
• Leverage your skills in Excel, ERP systems (SAP), and financial analysis to make an impact
• Help us move fast and stay financially strong in a dynamic manufacturing environment

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of accounting experience (CPA preferred)

ERP/Excel expert with a keen eye for efficiency

A mindset grounded in integrity, trust, and teamwork
