As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and fixing vehicles while ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
• Gain hands-on experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Ability to consistently flag 50+ hours.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A commitment to long-term career development.

This role requires physical stamina and dexterity, including:

• Occasionally lifting and/or moving over 100 pounds.
• Working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigating tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Using hand tools efficiently.
• Walking or standing for the majority of your workday.
• Driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Navigating a computer with ease.
