** Electrical Engineer**, you’ll play a critical role in designing, installing, and maintaining the electrical systems that keep our advanced manufacturing facilities running efficiently and safely. What You’ll Do:
* ** Design and implement
** cutting-edge electrical distribution and control systems for manufacturing equipment.
* ** Collaborate across divisions
** to support engineering and controls initiatives that drive company-wide success.
* Ensure all systems meet
** NFPA and NEC code requirements**—safety and precision are top priorities.
* ** Troubleshoot and repair
** complex systems using industry-standard tools and diagnostic equipment.
* ** Inspect and assess
** systems to prevent hazards, ensure compliance, and optimize performance.
* Develop and execute
** detailed wiring layouts
** and installation plans in line with technical specs and safety standards.
* ** Proactively recommend
** improvements and lead strategic upgrades to electrical systems.
* Spearhead
** new equipment purchases, installations, and team training
** to ensure seamless transitions and performance gains.
* Drive
** efficiency, quality, and reliability
** by applying innovative electrical solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.###
What You Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in
** Electrical Engineering
*** Skilled at reading and interpreting
** technical drawings and blueprints
*** Strong knowledge of
** electrical systems, wiring methods, and industrial equipment
*** Proven experience in
** manufacturing environments
*** Computer-savvy with
** MS Office**; CAD and design software (e.g.,
** AutoCAD**) is a strong plus
* Familiar with
** PLCs, HMI systems**, and automation tools
* Excellent
** planning and project management
** abilities—can prioritize months in advance
* ** Driven and self-directed**, always seeking opportunities to learn and grow
* ** Creative and analytical thinker
** with strong mechanical intuition
