Parts Manager

Sand Springs, OK

We are currently accepting applications for the Parts Manager role at our Sand Springs, OK location. The applicant must exhibit a strong work ethic and provide supporting references. The role requires managing Parts operations to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction while maximizing ROI through parts sales, inventory control, and expense control. The Parts Manager will optimize department processes, attract, retain, and engage personnel.

Reports to: Regional Product Support Manager

Job Essential Duties
  • Develop, communicate, enforce, and monitor parts department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote, adhere to, and enforce company policy with an emphasis on team mentality.
  • Promote and merchandise parts and accessories.
  • Create annual parts department goals in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
  • Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes perpetual physical counts and proper count procedures.
  • Submit all parts warranty and return claims within the allotted time frame to receive maximum credit.
  • Ensure all department tools, equipment, and vehicles are in proper working order.
  • Promote customer service at all times throughout the organization.
  • Execute other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • 2+ years verifiable experience in parts department operations. High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience leading others.
  • Ability to effectively use desktop applications such as electronic parts catalogs, Microsoft Office, and internet-based applications.
  • Ability to write and speak accurately and effectively to individuals and groups.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles associated with parts department operations.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Pass a background check, drug test, and physical exam.
