Fitter Welder I
Pay: $25 – $28 per hour BOE
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (some OT on Fridays)
Location: Sand Springs, OK

Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a skilled Fitter Welder I to join a manufacturing company specializing in industrial equipment. The ideal candidate must be able to pass a 3G Mig/Flux test and demonstrate strong layout and welding abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind, and bolt components into position for welding.
- Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.
- Layout, fit nozzles, supports, and couplings per blueprint into shell.
- Remove rough spots from work pieces using portable grinders, hand files, or scrapers.
- Maintain a safe work environment and report defective tools and equipment.
