Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
