  • What type of training will I receive?
    Our commitment is to help team members reach their personal, professional, and financial goals. You’ll start with comprehensive training in products and sales, specifically tailored to set you up for success within our agency.
  • Do I need prior insurance sales experience?
    No. Prior experience in insurance or sales isn’t required. We provide all the training you need to excel. But you do need to be P&C licensed to sell auto and home insurance in Oklahoma.
  • Will I need to find or purchase my own leads?
    Not  supply all the leads you’ll need to succeed.

  • Job Qualifications
    • Strong interest in a sales career
    • No insurance experience required
    • Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty license to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
    • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
    • Able to multi‑task, follow through, and follow‑up
    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
