No. Prior experience in insurance or sales isn’t required. We provide all the training you need to excel. But you do need to be P&C licensed to sell auto and home insurance in Oklahoma.

- Strong interest in a sales career
- No insurance experience required
- Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty license to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi‑task, follow through, and follow‑up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
