Senior​/Site Engineer

£60 Million new school development as part of the DfE framework. Project will involve part demolition of the existing sections of the school building and the construction of a new sports hall and teaching block, internal/external alterations to the existing building along with associated landscaping, car parking areas. Reporting in to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the supervision, health & safety and control of associated subcontract packages from groundworks through to internals primarily providing QA documentation, review drawings and specifications ensuring they were delivered to the required line, level, quality and construction standards and as well as work providing clear progress reports to management.

Other duties will also include assisting with any technical/design issues and queries working in conjunction with external parties to assist in any resolution, also general day to day management along with site team, attending both client and subcontractor progress meetings.
Will need to be full IT proficient as well as holding current CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates as these will be a mandatory requirement
