We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant/Graduate Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone starting their accounting career to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of finance functions.

You will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, assist with reporting and reconciliations, and work closely with senior finance staff to ensure accurate financial records are maintained.

• Support the processing of purchase invoices, sales invoices
• Processing staff expenses
• Assisting with blank reconciliation and cashbook management
• Supporting month end and year end finance processes
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing journals and supporting balance sheet reconciliation
• Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable accounts
• Assisting with VAT returns and compliance tasks
• Supporting audits and finance reporting activities

• Strong numerical and analytic skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
