Hill House, rated Good by CQC, is a 24‑bed nursing care home supporting adults with complex physical and learning disabilities. Our dedicated team helps empower residents to live as independently as possible.

Your working hours

• Day shifts: 07:30–20:00 (30‑minute unpaid break)
• Night shifts: 19:30–08:00

As a Registered Nurse with Leonard Cheshire, you will provide the highest standards of nursing, clinical, and personal support, guided by residents Person‑Centred Plans.

• Leading and managing a team of support staff effectively during your shift
• Administering and ordering medication safely, and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting residents with personal care, physical care, and daily tasks
• Conducting ongoing health assessments and observing changes in well‑being
• Ensuring compliance with NMC guidelines and internal procedures
• Prioritising and delegating tasks to meet residents’ needs in a safe, caring environment

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice (level
  5)
• Understanding of the NMC Code of Conduct and relevant practice standards
• Effective nursing practice across all basic procedures
• Flexibility to work rostered hours and on‑call rota as required
