Marketing Manager IT Managed Services Were looking for a strategic, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the marketing function within a growing IT Managed Services Provider (MSP). This is a rare opportunity to build, shape and scale a modern B2B marketing engine with complete autonomy and the backing of a high-performing leadership team. What Youll Own End-to-end marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, digital, content and events Full campaign lifecycle: planning, execution, optimisation and reporting Brand positioning and messaging for Managed Services, Modern Workplace, Cyber Security and Cloud offerings Website, SEO, paid media, social channels and marketing automation Content creation across blogs, case studies, whitepapers, email sequences and sales enablement Lead generation and pipeline acceleration in partnership with Sales Marketing analytics, KPIs and performance dashboards Agency, vendor and partner marketing relationships What Youll Drive Growth-focused campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our MSP services A consistent, compelling brand presence across all digital touchpoints Sales alignment through targeted content, collateral and proposition support Customer advocacy through testimonials, case studies and success stories Event strategy including webinars, round tables and partner-led activities What You Bring Proven experience in B2B tech, SaaS or MSP marketing Strong understanding of IT Managed Services, Microsoft 365, cloud and security solutions Hands-on expertise across digital marketing, content, automation and analytics A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action A self-starter attitude with the confidence to lead, challenge and innovate Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution Why This Role Matters Youll be the architect of our marketing engine shaping our voice, driving demand and elevating our brand in a competitive market.
