Salary from £14 per hour PAYE, paid weekly

We're looking for a skilled MIG Welder with strong hands‑on Welding experience to support increasing workload and long‑term production demand. The work is varied, practical, and engineering‑focused.

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Weld accurately with minimal supervision
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Work reliably as part of a busy workshop team

• MIG welding and fabrication of heavy steel fabrications
• Working from engineering and fabrication drawings
• Fabricating one‑off and short‑run assemblies
• Measuring, fitting and assembling fabricated components
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and finish
• Supporting production output targets safely and efficiently

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30

Friday: 07:30 - 13:30

From £14.00 per hour depending on experience, weld test, and capability
