Eastman Health and Rehab Center is seeking motivated, compassionate individuals to provide residents with routine daily nursing care delivered in a compassionate attitude and in accordance with our nursing care procedures and philosophies.

• Provide bedside care.
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care.
• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Ensure the resident’s chart is current.
• Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions. Notify appropriate parties of changes in condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and incidents.
• Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess the condition of residents.
• Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes in behavior, medications, or health conditions.
• Modify residents’ care plan, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Nurse Aide flow sheets in conjunction with changes in condition.

• Current and unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse License (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current BLS CPR card
