Are you passionate about maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance across a growing organisation?
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Risk & Compliance function.
- Assist the Risk & Compliance Manager in maintaining Group accreditations, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and Cyber Essentials.
- Stay up to date with changes to regulatory standards, laws and accreditations.
- Own and complete the internal audit schedule for ISO standards, travelling to group offices as required.
- Support external audit schedules and ensure regions are internally audited as planned.
- Maintain policies, processes and procedures within the Business Management System (BMS) to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement continual improvements to meet best practice standards.
- Assist with the Risk Management System, ensuring risks are recorded, controlled and treated appropriately.
- Investigate non-conformances and security incidents, reporting findings and updating documentation.
- Complete supplier due diligence to meet contractual, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support GDPR compliance and liaise with the Data Protection Officer where required.
- Act as a point of contact for accreditation, regulation and compliance queries.
- Assist Account Management & Sales Teams with customer due diligence and tenders.
- Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance Manager and CISO on key compliance projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to group offices when required.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and GDPR compliance is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
